- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 1 weekend per month on call
- 10 - 12 patients per day
- Adult inpatient psychiatry unit
- Weekend call includes Friday 5 pm through Monday 8 am
- Unit census 30 - 36 patients split between 3 psychiatrists
- Average 1 - 2 admits and discharges per day
- Average length of stay 5 - 6 days
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
