- Adult population with an average caseload of 21 patients per week
- PHP average stay of 6 - 8 weeks; residential average stay of 4 - 5 weeks
- Full support staff including NPs, PAs, therapists, charge nurses, and dieticians
- Patients remain with the same treatment team throughout their stay
- Built-in fellowship program with formal mentorship and leadership development
- Focus on mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions in an IP and PHP setting
- Board-eligible or board-certified; MD or DO required; WA state license or eligibility

From $300000.00 to $345000.00 annual
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
