- Day and night 12-hour shifts -- 7 am - 7 pm and 7 pm - 7 am
- Multiple hospital worksites covered under one health system
- 100% critical care, intensivist role -- not consultant only
- Other pulmonologists on-site for support at two of the facilities
- Ventilation management required -- invasive and noninvasive
- Central line, arterial line, chest tube, and thoracentesis required
- Medical and surgical critical care required -- trauma and burn not required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
