- Two sites coverage
- 100% inpatient, 50% critical care
- 15-16 patients per day
- 2-4 admits per day
- 2-4 critical care patients
- Bronchoscopy, vent management, chest tubes, central lines required
- Call starts 7 pm with low volume
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
