Coverage Details
-- Intermittent coverage possibly starting February 2027
-- Temporary privileges available with clean background

Shift Details
-- ICU Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
-- Hospital Coverage: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Pulmonary/Critical Care)
-- Monday - Sunday coverage
-- Weekend coverage required

Requirements
-- Board Certified Critical Care (Pulmonary preferred)
-- Active South Carolina license
-- Active ACLS
-- Active DEA
-- Fellowship in Critical Care/Pulmonology

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Must be able to care for Intensive Care patients
-- Must be able to see hospital general pulmonology consults

Assignment Details
-- Adult and geriatric patient population
-- No pediatrics or neonate care
-- 100% inpatient
-- Average patients per day: Hospital 10-15; ICU 10-15
-- EMR: Epic
-- 20 ICU beds, 12 CCU beds, and 6 CVICU beds
-- 38 total critical care beds
-- Hospital pulmonology daily census averages 40 patients
-- Up to 3 physicians and 3 APCs cover the Pulmonary/Critical Care service on weekdays
-- Practice settings include inpatient/hospital-based coverage and multiple facilities
-- No call coverage
