Northwest Ohio facility
seeking a full-time Pulmonology Physician to join Pulmonary Critical Care Team
--Schedule: Outpatient clinic (4–5 days per week)
--No call
--Patient Population: Adult
--Outpatient + procedures
--Average 20 min follow ups, 40 min new
--Trauma Level III
--Hospital-based clinic located adjacent to the ICU
--24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage
--Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:
- Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
- Robotic bronchoscopy
- Thoracentesis
- Chest tube placement
- Central line placement
- Ventilator management
--EMR: Cerner
--Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
--Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
--Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
--Paid time off: 5 weeks
--Annual CME allowance: $5,000
--Relocation assistance: $10,000
