Locum Radiation Oncology Assignment - Southeast Florida
Job Description
Seeking a Locum Radiation Oncologist
--Monday-Friday 8a-5p
--Clinic schedule: 5 days per week, 4 clinical days and one OTV day
--10 new patients per week and 10 follow ups, spread throughout the week excluding OTV day
--Call Ratio: 1 every 4 weeks
--Inpatient consults for hospitals, Monday through Sunday coverage
--Average number of callbacks: Its variable, rare weekend needs, average of 3-5 calls per weekday
--Will be in clinic with one other rad onc
--1 dedicated nurse per doc, fully staffed for therapists to cover sim and machine.
--Typical patient load is 18-25 patients per doc.
--Procedures: 3D, IMRT, SBRT/SRS. No brachy and all Truebeams
--Treatment Planning: Eclipse and MIM, and Aria environment.
-- EMR: Epic
--Daily Responsibilities: new and established visits, simulations, stereotactic coverage, etc.
--Required: Board Certification, FL license or IMLC
