Coverage Needed: ASAP - 9/11

Details/Requirements:
--Clinic hours 7:00am to 3:30pm most days.
--Average 15-25 patients per day + potential call..
--Breast, Lung, Prostate, IMRT, SBRT.
--Weekly on-treatment visits & emergency consults.
--Board Certified required.
--Prefers Active Kentucky license, will allow IMLC.
--Varian, Aria & Eclipse.
