- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Volume: Approximately 18-24 patients per day
- Dates & Required Availability:
- 11/23 - 11/25
- 11/30 - 12/4
- 12/21 - 12/24
- 12/28 - 12/31
- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm, 8 hours)
- No Call. No Weekends
- Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
- Job Details:
- Support Staff: (2) Physicist, (2) Dosimetrist, (4) Radiation Therapists, (4) Radiation Oncology APPs, (1) Nurse, (1) Patient Access
- Equipment: Accuracy equipment; (1) Tomotherapy and (1) Radixact (they are in the process of replacing the Tomotherapy machine w/a Varian Linac, which will be operational in September.
- EMR: They currently use MOSAIQ and will transition to ARIA in September
- Client Requirements: Candidates must be able to provide 2 weeks of coverage per month.
- Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
