Interventional Radiology Locums Job in North Dakota | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Specific Dates August - September | Assignment #113484

Coverage Details
-- August 12, 8 AM - 3 PM (orientation)
-- August 13 – August 18, 8 AM – 8 AM
-- Ongoing coverage for 2026/2027
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Shift Details
-- Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm onsite
-- Evening call: 4pm–8am
-- 24-hour weekend call
-- Average Callback Hours: Weekday: 2.5 hours; Weekend: 1.3 hours

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- North Dakota license preferred (IMLC acceptable)
-- Residency/Fellowship required
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- Malpractice clean preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Diagnostic vascular intervention
-- Angiography – venous and arterial
-- Therapeutic vascular intervention
-- Angioplasty – venous and arterial
-- Stenting – venous and arterial
-- Thrombolytic therapy
-- Embolization therapy
-- Interventional body procedures (non-neuro)
-- Vascular access devices/PICCs
-- Central lines
-- Port-a-cath insertions
-- IVC filters
-- TIPS
-- Aspiration/drainage procedures
-- Percutaneous needle biopsies (above diaphragm, below diaphragm, and bone)
-- Extractions (biliary & renal)
-- Abscess drainage
-- Thoracentesis
-- Paracentesis
-- Myelography
-- Pain management procedures
-- Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram
-- Blood patch
-- Joint/epidural injections
-- Vertebroplasty
-- Arthrograms
-- Chest tube insertion
-- Uterine artery embolization
-- Liver Y-90/TACE
-- Gastrostomy tube insertion
-- Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion
-- Renal fistulograms
-- Cryoablation
-- Neuro Stroke capability preferred but not required

Assignment Details
-- Client requires a provider with general IR experience
-- Average 10–15 procedures during onsite shift (varies)
-- Reason for coverage: current locums taking a 6-month break
-- EMR: Epic
