Interventional Radiology Locums Job in North Dakota | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | September - December | Assignment #113484

Coverage Details
-- Orientation will need to be completed the day before the first confirmed shift from 8am-3pm
-- 9/4 (8am)-9/11 (8am) 
-- 11/25 (8am)-12/1 (8am)
-- 12/22 (3pm)-12/31 (8am)
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

Shift Details
-- Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm onsite
-- Evening call: 4pm–8am
-- 24-hour weekend call
-- Average Callback Hours: Weekday: 2.5 hours; Weekend: 1.3 hours

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- North Dakota license preferred (IMLC acceptable)
-- Residency/Fellowship required
-- ACLS
-- BLS
-- Malpractice clean preferred

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Diagnostic vascular intervention
-- Angiography – venous and arterial
-- Therapeutic vascular intervention
-- Angioplasty – venous and arterial
-- Stenting (venous and arterial)
-- Thrombolytic therapy
-- Embolization therapy
-- Interventional (body, non-neuro)
-- Tunnel and PICC
-- Central lines
-- IVC Filters
-- Aspiration/drainage procedures
-- Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone)
-- Extractions (Biliary & Renal)
-- Abscess drainage
-- Thoracentesis
-- Paracentesis
-- Myelography
-- Perc. Transhepatic Cholangiogram
-- Chest tube insertion
-- Gastrostomy tube insertion
-- Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion   

Preferred Procedures / Skills
-- Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy
-- Joint/epidural injections
-- Port a cath insertions

Not Required Procedures / Skills
-- TIPS
-- Pain management procedures

-- Liver Y90/TACE

Assignment Details
-- Client requires a provider with general IR experience
-- Average 10–15 procedures during onsite shift (varies)
-- Reason for coverage: current locums taking a 6-month break
