- M-F, 7 am - 6 pm; every other week on-site schedule
- Weekday call begins 6 pm -- weekend call shared across physician pool
- 4 - 6 procedures per MD per day
- Inpatient-driven, variable volume setting
- APP always on call alongside the MD
- Targeted lung biopsy experience required
- High-volume: vertebroplasty, dialysis access, IVC filters, G-tubes
- DR reading expected between procedures
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
