This facility is a level 3 trauma center providing inpatient diagnostic radiology services across multiple imaging modalities, including mammography and light interventional procedures. The facility utilizes GE and Hologic imaging equipment and maintains established clinical protocols to support accurate and timely imaging interpretation. Locum tenens coverage is sought beginning November on an ongoing basis.

The region offers a range of activities for clinicians on assignment. Options include outdoor recreation, local arts festivals, community workshops, cultural attractions, and other year-round activities, providing options for those with varied interests.

The diagnostic radiologist will provide inpatient diagnostic imaging interpretation services on a hybrid schedule, with one day per week on-site and the remaining four days conducted remotely; the clinician selects which day is on-site. Day shift hours run Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Primary responsibilities include interpreting studies across plain film, ultrasound, MR, mammography, and CT modalities, as well as performing mammography ultrasound guided biopsies, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and needle procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols. No call responsibilities are associated with this position.
