A respected independent health system in the scenic Ozark Mountain region of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Rheumatologist Telehealth provider to join a growing specialty program serving a large multi-county referral base. This physician-friendly opportunity offers an outstanding work-life balance with a flexible 4 - 4.5 day workweek and a hybrid telehealth model, allowing physicians to work remotely from home approximately half the time while maintaining an active clinical practice. Total first-year compensation ~$480K+. $325K guaranteed base. $35K sign-on + $65K commencement bonus. $10K quality bonus + midlevel supervision incentives. 4 - 4.5 day work week. Full benefits.
