Very Competitive Base Salary of $350K - $425k plus bonus and partnership opportunity.

Thriving interventional spine and pain group is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to pioneer and lead the Rheumatology division, a brand-new service line within our organization. We are offering a rare opportunity for a dynamic physician to shape the future of rheumatologic care on Long Island while working within an established, fast-growing multi-specialty environment. This is not a standard employed role — this is a chance to build your own division with the backing and support of a successful musculoskeletal group.

It is a physician-led, patient-centered interventional spine and pain management group serving the Long Island community. We are committed to comprehensive musculoskeletal care and have a strong regional reputation built on clinical excellence and collaboration. We have grown exponentially since 2019 and now have 8 offices across Suffolk and Nassau County where our dedicated team of 9 physicians and 15 APPs treat over 400 patients per day.

Who We’re Looking For:

   BC/BE Rheumatologist (new graduates and experienced physicians welcome).
   Motivated self-starter eager to build and shape a new division.
   Interested in treating a broad spectrum of diseases including RA, axSpA, osteoporosis,and more.
   Comfortable working closely with pain management physicians.
   Desire to practice in a collaborative environment.
   Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership aspirations.
