Job Description
Seeking a full time Rheumatologist for private practice In Chambersburg and Carlisle Pennsylvania
2 current physicians with one retiring within 2-3 years.
No nightly call.
Only every third weekend to do consults in hospital (not many).
Every other weekend when one physician retires.
100% rheumatology (infusions as well)
Compensation:
· Salary is $200,000 with bonus compensation based on productivity. (past years productivity bonuses increased compensation t0 $400,000 to $600,000)
· Ownership consideration in Year 3.
· Paid Time off equal to two weeks (10 business days) for use as vacation time.
· All CME will be reimbursed
· Safe Harbor 401k retirement and Profit Sharing Plan.
· Health insurance is provided by Corporation.
