   oClinic is located 3 blocks from main hospital

   oPersonal office space available

•Call is anticipated to be 1:2

•Equipment is available and ready!

•OR time is available at surgeon’s request

•3 OR rooms and 1 procedure room

•Medical Center has a residency program through University of Arkansas Medical School
