Job Description

Mercy Hospital Southeast, the region's premiere hub for healthcare, is seeking an additional Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their growing program. Hit the ground running in a busy practice with seven-figure earning potential situated between St. Louis and Memphis.

Position Details:
  • Serve an extensive network across Southern Missouri and a dynamic five-state region
  • Perform a full range of cardiac surgeries in state-of-the-art operating rooms, including one of the nation's best-equipped hybrid ORs
  • Collaborate with a supportive network of heart and vascular specialists with a strong referral network, including 6 Interventional Cardiologists
  • Maintain work-life balance with a set clinic schedule, blocked OR time and 1:3 Call Schedule
  • Salary Guarantee of $960K with proven earning potential beyond $1M
  • $50K recruitment incentives and $20K relocation stipend
  • J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship; Cap-exempt
