Growing program with immediate volume available due to recent retirements and market demand exceeding current capacity
Flexible model allowing for 100% Cardiac or a mix of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular procedures based on your preferences
Work alongside a highly respected CT Surgery leader
Turnkey practice with dedicated CT OR staff, experienced first assist support, advanced practice providers, dedicated surgical ICU coverage, and 24/7 anesthesia support
Structured schedule with approximately 3 OR days and 1.5 clinic days weekly, plus a light shared call rotation supported by additional physician coverage
