Job Description

Join Mercy Hospital Southeast's growing cardiovascular surgery program and make an immediate impact at the leading referral center for Southeast Missouri — a busy surgical practice, advanced cardiovascular services, and exceptional earning potential serving a broad regional patient population.

Position Highlights
  • Perform a full range of cardiac and/or vascular surgery, with optional thoracic, in state-of-the-art ORs including one of the nation's best-equipped hybrid ORs and 2 Da Vinci robots
  • Collaborate with a supportive network of heart and vascular specialists, including 6 highly productive interventional cardiologists
  • Serve an extensive referral network across Southern Missouri and a dynamic five-state region
  • Maintain work-life balance with a set clinic schedule, blocked OR time, and a 1:3 call schedule

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary guarantee of $960,000+ with proven earning potential beyond $1M
