- Thursday 7 am - Monday 7 am call only coverage
- 1:3 call rotation ongoing
- Call only coverage for cardiothoracic surgery patients
- 20 minute call response time required
- On pump procedures and valvular repair/replacement required
- Central line and arterial line insertion required
- Vent management and bronchoscopy required
- Inpatient practice setting with rounding
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
