- Mon - Fri 7 am - 5 pm with night call 5 pm - 7 am
- Weekend 24-hour call -- Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 7 am
- Inpatient census 4 - 6 patients; clinic days 10 - 12 patients
- Inpatient and clinic coverage with on-call responsibilities
- Surgical load -- 1 - 2 CABG per week; 5 - 7 other cases avg.
- Required procedures: CABG and thoracic; vascular a bonus
- Leave coverage
- Ongoing coverage potential
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
