CT/CV Surgery Locums Job | Wisconsin | September and Ongoing

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Locum Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgeon to provide full-spectrum CV/CT surgical coverage in Wisconsin. There is an immediate need in September/October 2026, with ongoing coverage opportunities beginning in 2027.

Coverage Dates
--September 28, 2026 at 7:00AM through October 5, 2026 at 7:00AM
--Ongoing need (2027)
--Up to 2 weeks per month
--Coverage weeks run Monday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM

Practice Details
--Full-spectrum cardiovascular and thoracic surgery coverage
--Emergency, urgent, and elective surgical cases
--Inpatient consults and perioperative management
--Call coverage and urgent operative interventions
--Collaborative environment with ICU, cardiology, anesthesia, pulmonology, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine teams

Requirements
--Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery or Cardiovascular Surgery
--Active, unrestricted medical license
--Eligible for hospital privileges
--Current ACLS and BLS certifications
--Experience with independent operative decision-making
--Comfortable managing urgent and emergent surgical cases
