- Friday - Saturday, 7 am - 7 am -- 48-hour shift
- ~20 patients seen per 24 hours
- Call only -- inpatient consults and emergency room coverage
- Adult general surgery and trauma patients
- Laparoscopic surgery required -- appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty
- GI endoscopy required -- upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy
- Vascular surgery skills required -- aneurysm repairs, arterial bypass
- Chest tube and central line insertion required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
