- 1:2 call structured in blocks with every-other-weekend coverage
- Two-surgeon team with well-established call structure
- Must be comfortable practicing in a major trauma center
- 5+ years of experience required; no exceptions
- Some endoscopy and scopes may be required
- Da Vinci robot planned for new replacement hospital
- Outdoor recreation nearby including sand dunes and mineral hot springs
