- 24-hour shifts -- 24/7 in-house coverage required
- Census can exceed 30 patients per day
- Hospital setting -- acute care surgery and trauma
- Handles ED consults, urgent OR demands, and all trauma calls
- ATLS certification required
- Laparoscopic, chest, breast, OB/GYN, and liver surgery preferred
- Vacancy coverage while recruiting for permanent provider
- Option to obtain permanent position
