- 1 week assignment -- clinical hours plus beeper call (1:1 ratio)
- 30-minute response time required for beeper call
- 10 patients per shift
- Both inpatient and outpatient coverage required
- Call volume: ~1 phone consult, 1 patient seen, 1 admission per 24 hrs
- Bread and butter general surgery skills required
- Scopes strongly preferred
- Adult and trauma patient populations preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
