Practice/Organization Details:
  • Broad-spectrum general surgery with the flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests including colorectal, foregut, minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, and more
  • Collaborate with an experienced, collegial surgeon who is enthusiastic about growing the program
  • Diverse case mix featuring hernia repairs, appendectomies, bowel surgery, laparoscopic procedures, gallbladder cases, and additional bread-and-butter general surgery
  • Strong hospital administration support committed to physician success
  • Established referral network ensures immediate patient volume and a quick ramp-up

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Earn a guaranteed $500,000-$575,000 base salary plus productivity incentives
  • $100,000 sign-on
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, paid leave, CME funding, and malpractice insurance
