-- Patients seen on call: 0–4
-- Admissions on call: 0–5
-- Call ratio: 60%
-- Call coverage includes inpatient and outpatient
-- Call volume: low to moderate

Requirements
-- Board Certified in General Surgery
-- Must be licensed in NM
-- ACLS
-- BLS

Required Procedures/Skills
-- General Surgery: Adult, Trauma
-- Laparoscopic surgery
-- Appendectomy
-- Cholecystectomy
-- Ventilation management
-- Chest tube insertion
-- Central line insertion

Assignment Details
-- Patients per shift: 7–10
-- Beds in department: 32
-- Trauma Level: 3
