Job Description

A historic 70-bed general medical and surgical hospital in the heart of the West Virginia Appalachian Mountains is seeking a BE/BC Full Time, Part Time or PRN General Surgery Physician to join their staff.

The Opportunity:
  • The hospital currently supports three surgeons who each work 3 weeks per month (12 weeks vacation per year)
  • Low Volume Call Responsibilities - 3 - 5 ED Consults per week and 1 - 2 emergent surgeries per week
  • Mix of Bread and Butter cases with freedom to shape clinical interests
  • Make Your Own Schedule
  • Full benefits if at least 0.70 FTE including $6000 for CME
