This 364-bed full-service acute care facility is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and operates as part of a regional health system. The hospital functions as a Level II Trauma Center and provides comprehensive stroke care services alongside oncology services. The facility maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical coverage across inpatient and emergency department settings.

The neurosurgeon will provide day shift and 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services across inpatient and emergency department settings, with coverage running July 24 (7a) through July 27 (7a). Primary responsibilities include performing surgical traumas involving cranial and spine procedures and managing surgical spine fractures. Clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability and coordinate care with RN and MA support staff throughout all assigned coverage periods. Call coverage is required as a component of this assignment.
