Dates of Coverage: August and Ongoing, 1 week a month
Details/Requirements for Assignment #115960:
-- 24 hour call, 7am – 7am
-- Temp privileges available
-- ACLS, BLS, ABMS/AOA required
-- Patient mix 90% Adult, 10% Peds
-- Patients per day 20, ICU 3, Surgeries 2,
-- 4 physicians, 4 mid levels
-- Procedures Required: General Adult and Peds, Trauma, Carotid or Vertebral artery, VP Shunt, Spinal surgery – Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar, Peripheral nerve, Tumors, Aneurysm clipping, Placement of ICP Monitors, Application of ext. traction
-- Bed Numbers: Total – 540, ICU – 30, Trauma - 2
-- Level 1 Trauma
-- EPIC
