- Fellowship training in spine required; board-certified or board-eligible
- Join a team of 4 neurosurgeons, each with distinct sub-specialties
- Mid-level support provided; approximately 6 call days per month
- Weekend call rotation approximately 1 in 4 weekends
- Advanced technology including intraoperative O-arm and CyberKnife on-site
- Academic affiliation with Indiana University School of Medicine branch
