This Level I facility maintains the specialized equipment and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical call coverage across inpatient settings. The neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services at this on-site inpatient Level I facility, beginning September 23, 2026, on an ongoing basis. Primary responsibilities include responding to neurosurgical consultations and managing inpatient neurological cases during assigned call periods. Board certification in neurological surgery and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment. Clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all assigned call shifts.
