Build & Lead a Growing Program
Join a high-performing orthopedic team & take the lead in developing a premier Spine service line within a modern, purpose-built musculoskeletal facility.
Partner with 6 experienced orthopedic surgeons in a collaborative, quality-driven group
Shape & grow the spine program, define protocols, expand surgical capabilities, & establish regional expertise
Work in a state-of-the-art surgical environment w/ the ability to request & utilize advanced OR technology aligned w/ your techniques
Step into immediate volume supported by a strong referral network & consistent demand for spine care
Practice Efficiency & Balance
Supported by dedicated PA/NPs who enhance clinic flow, surgical coordination, & continuity of care
Flexible scheduling: 4-day clinical week (32+ hours) or traditional 5-day option
Minimal inpatient responsibilities w/ a manageable workload
Expected weekly rhythm: ~10 inpatient consults & ~75 outpatient visits
Compensation & Growth
$900K guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
$120K sign-on bonus + $20K relocation assistance
