Job Description
A fully independent, not-for-profit regional medical center is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join an established spine program serving a large regional catchment area in the Midwest.
Position Highlights:
100% Spine Surgery with the OPTION to participate in General Ortho call or not
2 dedicated block OR days each week
Established volume of approximately 6-10 surgeries per week
Procedures include TLIF, ACDF, laminectomies, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, BVN ablation, and spinal cord stimulator implantation
Established referrals from Orthopedics, Primary Care, Neurology, and Pain Management
Dedicated APP support plus clinic nurse, MA, and front desk staff
Join an established Orthopedic team with General Ortho and Hand coverage
Epic EMR
New graduates and experienced physicians considered
J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary of $1.1 million
$100,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance up to $20,000
Negotiable student loan repayment and residency/fellowship stipend
$6,000 CME allowance plus 10 CME days
4 weeks vacation plus 10 paid physician holidays
