A well-established orthopedic group in Tucson, Arizona is expanding its total joint program and seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-efficiency, procedure-driven practice.
This role is designed for a surgeon who wants consistent operative volume, modern technology, and a balanced mix of clinic and OR time within a stable, collegial environment.
Position Overview:
Structured 60% clinic / 40% OR schedule.
MAKO robotic system for advanced joint replacement.
High procedural demand with strong referral volume.
Office-based call only (no trauma responsibilities).
