- 24-hour general ortho trauma call -- 5 - 7+ days per month
- Core cases: acute fractures, arthroscopy, hemiarthroplasty
- No definitive pelvic or acetabular surgeries required
- Temporizing measures required -- ex fixes, reductions, skeletal traction
- Must be comfortable with orthopedic trauma
- On-call trauma surgeon available for guidance and disposition support
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
