Seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for PMR practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046

Looking for the physician to work 2 days a week 8-10 hours if trained or willing to train in Fleuro interventions

Types of procedures

Facets , Medial branch blocks, Epidurals, Radio Frequency Ablations RFA's, for Cervical and Lumbar spine (no cervical TFESI;s ). Kyphoplasty, Knee

We can also consider a Physician for ONE day a week if you are a general Ortho surgeon

This physician would perform New Patient consults and surgery.

Salary (range): $200 hr or $1,600 for 8hr day, $2,000 for 10 hrs.

FULL TIME $350,000-400,000

Bonus Up to $150,000
