  • $875K salary guarantee in Year 1 + generous signing bonus
  • Partnership at end of Year 1 in *two* lucrative hospital JVs ($50K buy-in), each receiving 49% of hospital net collections on ALL ortho, podiatry & pain cases:
  • #JV 1: Established, at a sister hospital - generated $52K per partner last quarter
  • #JV 2: New JV at your home hospital - already generated $38K per partner last quarter & grows even more with your practice
  • Year 2 & beyond = $1.4M+ potential. Ownership in 2 JVs drives $90K+ quarterly in passive income, plus generous wRVU model rewards your productivity ($80/wRVU, with orthos here historically producing 12,000+ wRVUs/year (~$960K.))

  • No trauma designation & no 24/7 coverage requirement: call is shared, primarily taken by phone, most cases can be bedded & seen the next AM)
