Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
-- Active Michigan license or IMLC
-- Active Michigan CDS and DEA

-- Joint Revision or Repair

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
-- Admissions and rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
-- EMR: MediTech
-- Facility Trauma Level: III
-- Coverage for emergency department call on a rotating basis
-- Surgeon will only come onsite when the Emergency Department requests a consult
-- Typical cases are bread-and-butter orthopedic cases; sick or complicated patients are transferred
-- Types of cases include fractures, sports, general orthopedics, and total joints
-- No spine coverage
-- Efficient, flexible OR with block time assignments
-- General Surgeons manage the wound care clinic
-- Orthopedic PAs and full surgical staff available
-- Completely digital radiology department
