Job Description

Step into an established orthopedic practice as the go-to surgeon for an entire region. A retiring surgeon is handing off a strong referral base & 3 ORs, backed by a guaranteed $785K-$900K+ salary, no trauma call, & the freedom to run the practice your way.

    Call That Respects Your Time:
  • No traditional trauma call. Level IV center transfers major trauma
  • Call is mainly phone guidance to the ED
  • Rarely called in, and paid $750/hr (2-hr minimum) when you are

    Package:
  • $785K-$900K+ evergreen guaranteed base w/ annual increases
  • Productivity pay: $50/wRVU from 6,000-8,000 & $80/wRVU above 8,000
  • $175K student loan repayment + $50K sign-on (up to $225K, flexible if debt-free)
