Practice in a modern 5-star hospital and Level II Trauma Center featuring advanced technology, robotic-assisted surgery, and EPIC EMR. You'll work with fellowship-trained experts in hand, sports medicine, and adult reconstruction, supported by 24/7 hospitalist coverage for seamless patient care.
Practice Highlights
Balanced schedule with 2 days in the OR and 2 days in clinic
Dedicated clinic time focused on hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
Integrated care model with clinic, OR, ED, and inpatient services all under one roof
Strong referral network across a multi-hospital health system
Dedicated 1:1 APP support, athletic trainers, and occupational therapists

Compensation & Benefits
$700K guaranteed base salary for 2 years
Proven earning potential exceeding $900K+ with productivity and quality incentives
$100K sign-on bonus
