Job Description

A physician-led community hospital in Texas is searching for a dynamic Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, high-volume service line. Enjoy a robust General Orthopedics practice in a market with NO competition.

Practice in a 93-bed, Not-For-Profit, Level IV trauma facility with the clinic located directly in the hospital.

Practice Opportunity:
  • $810,000 YR 1 Guarantee - $650,000+ base salary, $66,000 guaranteed call pay, $65,000 quality bonus, & $30,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Fully benefited position, including 6 weeks of PTO, generous sign-on, and relocation.
  • Practice in a brand-new specialty clinic that is set to open in October 2026.
  • Turnkey Orthopedics Practice with opportunity to develop sub-specialty practice.
  • Immediate referrals from an established network of 25 providers.
  • 2 blocked OR days of surgery and 2 days in the clinic.
  • 10 days of call per month.
  • Experienced ORS and New Graduates Welcomed!
