Pediatric Surgeon Opening - Missoula area
Job Description
Seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join team
- Monday through Friday, split with another pediatric surgeon (when on-call)
- 1 block OR schedule per week with add-ons as needed
- 15 days of hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks)
- 24/7 coverage for inpatient consultation, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and on-call support
- Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists
- Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designation
- Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office
- Mentor pediatric residents and local family practice residents
- Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists
