Dates of Coverage: 6/29 - 7/7, 7/30 - 8/4, 8/28 - 9/1. 7am - 7am
Details/Requirements for Assignment #115374:
-- Must be Board Certified
-- Willing to license, active Indiana license or IMLC preferred
-- 24 hour call coverage
-- Plastic and reconstructive surgery hospital based practice
-- Trauma and Burn coverage needed
-- Micro-vascular surgery capabilities
-- Current practice is 55% upper extremity, 30% reconstructive and 15% Trauma flaps, Micro-vascular, hand/upper extremity
-- Cerner
