Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Aesthetic Fellowship Trained, 5 or more years experience, Specializing in Breast and Body contouring and less interested in face work
Seeing consults, performing surgeries and non-invasive treatments e.g. injectables.
Office hours and days candidate will work: Full Time M-F, minimal call
Salary (range): 250 base
Bonus compensation:
plus 20% of all receipts in excess of $500,000 the practice collects from their services annually; then
30% of all receipts the practice collects from their services up to $1,500,000 and 40% of all receipts in excess of $1,500,000 the practice collects from their services, in year three and any subsequent years - Ownership/Equity possible after 2 years of employment.
