Flexible Schedules
Surgeons here earn $500K - $2M + based on productivity, NO CAP.
Seeking Experienced Board Certified Plastic or Cosmetic Surgeons.
LOCATIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:
1) Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL, Open to other Florida Locations for Expansion
2) Chattanooga, TN, Open to other Tennessee Locations (Nashville, Knoxville etc.) for Expansion
3) Atlanta, GA
4) Washington DC Metro
5) Charlotte, NC, Open to other North Carolina Locations for Expansion (Asheville etc)
6) South Carolina - Open to Locations for Expansion
Physician Models Available:
W2 Employment Model
• Competitive base pay (first 1 - 2 years)
• Transition to production-based compensation
• Sliding scale with uncapped income potential

• 5-year agreement structure for long-term partnership
