- 24 hr. call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am, 4 shifts per month
- Thursday through Sunday (ending Monday morning) schedule
- ~15% admission rate among trauma patients
- Emergency department with two dedicated trauma bays
- Sub-specialty backup -- General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT
- General surgery and trauma surgery skills required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
