- Call only coverage -- beeper call, 30-minute response time
- 10 patients seen per 24-hour call period
- 3 - 6 phone consults per 24-hour call period
- 1 admission per 24-hour call period
- Outpatient practice setting
- General vascular, peripheral procedures, and vascular access required
- Endovascular and open procedures required
- Chest tube insertion required
